Terms and conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us", or "our" means Playground Gaming Corporation Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, assigns, and affiliates. USE OF SERVICES

You agree to use our services and facilities responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not misuse or abuse our services. Prohibited conduct includes engaging in cheating, collusion, or other unfair practices, using automated software or bots to gain an advantage, making false statements or misrepresenting your identity, interfering with the operation of our systems or services, or infringing any intellectual property rights.

DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL LIMITS

We reserve the right to establish deposit and withdrawal limits for individual players in accordance with our policies. Requests for increased limits may be considered and processed within approximately twenty-four hours, subject to verification and approval.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING FEATURES

We provide responsible gambling tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activities.

Available options include daily spending limits ranging from CA$100 to CA$10,000, session time limits ranging from two to twelve hours with automatic alerts, cooling-off periods lasting from twenty-four hours to six months, and permanent self-exclusion programs.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

Your account may be restricted, suspended, or otherwise limited for reasons including underage gambling attempts, multiple account creation, disruptive conduct, suspected fraud, or other violations of our policies.

You acknowledge that access to our services and facilities may be suspended during the investigation or enforcement of such restrictions.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions and restrict access to our services at any time where permitted by law.

Upon termination, you must promptly return any Company property in your possession, including chips, tokens, cards, or other gaming materials.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services, participation in our events, and visitation of our premises.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, issues relating to the operation of our systems, or disputes between players.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify our policies and procedures at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable legal requirements.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of our services and facilities and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

DEFINITIVE LANGUAGE

COUNTERPARTS

These Terms and Conditions may be executed electronically, including through digital signatures and email confirmations, or by traditional written methods. Any such execution shall be deemed valid and binding upon the parties.
